The 7 little things that make 100% pure wool a hassle.
1 100% pure wool is expensive and harder to find.
2 I hand wash all my wool which can be time consuming.
3 Wool will shrink in the dryer so I hang dry my wool which can take days.
4 As efficient as wool is at keeping you warm in the cold it is equally inefficient at keeping you cool in the heat.
5 Depending on the type of wool that you have it can shed a bit kinda like pets.
6 As I have experienced wool is an acceptable moth food so make sure you store it well.
7 As good as wool is at keeping you warm even in the extreme cold it has virtually no wind resistance. So make sure you have a wind resistant layer when going outside on a windy winter night.
Even with all the hassle I still find 100% pure wool worth wearing, especially with all the benefits.
